Privacy policy

This policy explains how Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc., doing business as Imperium Quant and registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec as Solutions Systématique Imperium inc. (NEQ 1180990872), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use https://indicators.imperiumsoftwares.com. It is written to meet Quebec's Law 25, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and, for users in the EU and UK, the GDPR.

By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

We collect:

• Account data: your email address, a hashed password managed by our authentication provider, your email confirmation state, and sign-in timestamps.
• Your TradingView username, which you provide to us.
• Purchase and subscription data from Whop: membership ID, plan, status, and period dates, plus the name and email Whop passes to us. We never receive your card number.
• Support emails you send us.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider and by Supabase, including IP address, user agent, and timestamps, kept for security purposes.

We only store items in your browser's local storage that are strictly necessary: a session token, your theme preference, and your cookie-consent choice. We do not currently use any analytics or advertising trackers. See our Cookie and local storage policy for the full list.

We share personal information with the following processors, only as needed to run the service:

Your data may be processed in Canada, the European Union, and the United States. For personal information transferred to the EU and UK, we rely on our processors' standard contractual clauses. For Quebec residents, we have assessed that these transfers provide protection that is equivalent to what Law 25 requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to withdraw consent, to object to certain processing, and to ask us to restrict how we use it.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your supervisory authority in the EU or UK.

As required by Law 25, the person in charge of the protection of personal information is the person exercising the highest authority within Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc., reachable at support@imperiumsis.com.

We rely on our processors' security measures, including Supabase's infrastructure security, to protect your data. If a security breach creates a real risk of serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Our service is not directed at, and is not intended for, anyone under 18.

We do not use your personal information to make any automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We have not appointed a representative in the EU or UK. If you are located in the EU or UK and want to exercise your rights or raise a question about our processing of your data, email support@imperiumsis.com directly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we post it with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
