Refund and cancellation policy

All sales give you immediate access to digital content. Because of that, sales are final, except in the situations described below.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. At checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate access to the content and to acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once we grant that access. If you make that request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies once access is granted.

If we cannot grant access to your TradingView username within 3 business days of your request, and the delay is our fault, we refund that period in full.

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged in error, we refund the incorrect charge in full.

Nothing here limits any refund or remedy that mandatory consumer law gives you. Quebec residents keep the protections available under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, including the right to cancel a 6-month plan at any time and a cap on any cancellation indemnity — we apply no such indemnity. We apply the 6-month plan shape and the expiry notice those rights require to every customer, not only Quebec residents.

Approved refunds are issued by Whop to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals — for a 6-month plan, that means it stops the month-to-month charges that follow the first term, or, if you cancel during the first term, it stops the plan from ever converting to month-to-month. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the period you are currently in. Switching packs is not a refund event either: an upgrade is charged the prorated amount described in our Terms of service, and a downgrade carries no refund or credit for the pack you are leaving.
