Terms of service

Imperium Quant is a trade name of Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc., a company under the laws of Province of Quebec, Canada, registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec as Solutions Systématique Imperium inc. (NEQ 1180990872). Our registered office is 255 14e Avenue, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec J2X 1B7, Canada. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc., and "you" means the person who creates an account or subscribes to our service.

We sell subscription access to three invite-only TradingView indicators, called "OU Reversion Engine", "Regime Radar", and "Volatility Structure Engine", plus a members-only methodology page on our site at https://indicators.imperiumsoftwares.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to create an account or subscribe.

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
• You confirm your email address as part of registration.

To receive indicator access, you add your TradingView username to your account. Access is granted to that username only, and it is personal and non-transferable. If you change the TradingView username on your account, we move access to the new username and remove it from the old one.

We offer two packs: OU Reversion Engine (that one indicator) and All three (all three indicators). Each pack is available in two billing choices: monthly, or a 6-month plan. Monthly billing is $147 USD per month for All three and $97 USD per month for OU Reversion Engine. The 6-month plan charges one payment for a first term of six months — $597 USD for All three, $397 USD for OU Reversion Engine — and then continues month to month at a lower price, $97 USD per month for All three and $66 USD per month for OU Reversion Engine, until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD on the site before you purchase.

Switching packs. You can switch from one pack to the other at any time from your account page. Switching from OU Reversion Engine to All three takes effect immediately: we charge you today the day-prorated difference between the two packs' monthly rates for the days left in your current billing period, then bill you the All three rate from your next renewal date. Switching from All three to OU Reversion Engine takes effect at your next renewal date instead: you keep access to all three indicators until then, we charge you nothing today, and we do not refund or credit any part of your current period. Either way, we keep your pricing tier: if you are on a 6-month plan's post-term monthly price, you move to the other pack's post-term monthly price ($97 USD for All three, $66 USD for OU Reversion Engine); if you are on the monthly plan, you move to the other pack's monthly price ($147 USD for All three, $97 USD for OU Reversion Engine).

The indicators are measurement tools. They show things like market regime, stretch from a modeled fair value, and expected range. They do not generate buy or sell signals.

Historical readouts shown on charts and in screenshots, such as measured "snap-back episodes" on past data, are hypothetical performance illustrations. They are not the results of any real trading account. See our Risk disclaimer for more detail.

Payments are processed by Whop (Whop Inc., United States). Whop acts as the payment processor and merchant of record for card-network and settlement purposes only. Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc. is the supplier of the product you are buying. We never see or store your card details.

When you check out, you also agree to Whop's Buyer Terms.

Monthly plans renew automatically every month, at the then-current price, until you cancel. 6-month plans renew automatically every month once the first six-month term ends, at the monthly price stated for your pack, until you cancel. If we change prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to a renewal.

Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT unless stated at checkout.

If a renewal payment fails, your membership deactivates and access is suspended. Access resumes automatically once a payment succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from your account page, or from your Whop customer dashboard, including during the first six-month term of a 6-month plan. We charge no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then, and we do not refund the unused part of a period. If you change your mind, you can resume your subscription from your account page at any time before the period ends, and it continues to renew as before.

Our refund rules are set out in full in our Refund and cancellation policy. In short: sales are generally final because you are buying immediate access to digital content, with specific exceptions for EU, EEA, and UK withdrawal rights, our own delivery failures, and billing errors.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the scripts on your own TradingView account, for the pack and period you paid for.

You agree not to:

• Share your access or account credentials with anyone else.
• Resell, republish, or redistribute the scripts or the methodology content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the scripts. They are invite-only and closed source.
• Scrape the site or its content in an automated way.
• Use the scripts or the methodology content to build a competing product.
• Attempt to circumvent our access controls.

All intellectual property in the scripts, the methodology content, and the site's own text, code, and images belongs to Imperium Systematic Solutions Inc. or its licensors.

TradingView is a separate service with its own terms. You need your own TradingView account to use the scripts. We do not control TradingView, and we are not responsible for TradingView outages, data-feed errors, or changes TradingView makes to Pine Script or its platform.

We may terminate your access immediately, without a refund, if you breach these terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time as described above. If you also want to delete your account, email us at support@imperiumsis.com or use the account page once that option is available.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular trading purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Province of Quebec, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory consumer law of your place of residence. Courts located in Quebec have jurisdiction, subject to that same mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the change with a new effective date and, for material changes, email you. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

English is the governing language of this document.
